Collaboration, focus, pause

Spanning approximately 1,800 sqm, the project brings together open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and shared hospitality zones in a way that feels both purposeful and effortless.

At the heart of the space, a generous communal hub encourages conversation and connection. Warm timber flooring, soft natural light, and layered planting create a tactile sense of comfort — more akin to a welcoming home than a conventional workplace. A sculptural stair and integrated seating form a central gathering point, supporting the rhythm of everyday interaction while quietly anchoring the interior.
