Positioned above a ground-floor retail tenancy, the project reinterprets the traditional shop-top typology through a layered architectural response that engages with both the historic character of the street and the changing nature of urban living. The façade composition reflects this dialogue between old and new — retaining the vertical proportions and rhythm of neighbouring heritage buildings while introducing a refined contemporary language through simplified detailing, material restraint, and carefully proportioned openings.
