Tamarama
The Tamarama Apartment is a refined reworking of a compact coastal residence — designed to create warmth, clarity, and calm through a restrained palette of natural materials and carefully resolved detailing.
The project reimagines the apartment as a softer and more cohesive living environment, balancing functionality with a quiet sense of luxury. Curved forms, warm timber joinery, and tactile stone surfaces introduce a gentle rhythm throughout the interiors, while natural light becomes central to the experience of each space.

At the heart of the apartment, the kitchen was redesigned as a sculptural and highly resolved joinery element. Marble surfaces, integrated appliances, and pale timber cabinetry create a calm architectural language that feels both timeless and understated. The arched opening becomes a defining moment within the plan — softening transitions between spaces while framing views through the apartment.
"Every element was considered to create a sense of simplicity, warmth, and permanence."
At the heart of the home, the kitchen is designed as both a functional workspace and gathering place. Clean lines, integrated joinery, and natural textures create a restrained material palette that feels timeless rather than trend-driven. Large openings extend living spaces outdoors, connecting the home to the alfresco area and pool beyond.
